Johan’s Story
Ashley L spent time with Johan, a boy from the neighborhood. What a blessing that she has learned Spanish in school as she was able to talk with him and understand what he said. They were talking about Jesus, and knowing Jesus, and who He is as savior and Lord. Senor Salvador! He said that he knows Jesus saved him. When he was 7, he was walking with his father on the street, and his father was carrying a Bible. A man walked up to them who was drunk. The man had a gun and pointed it at his father. He said he would lill his father. The man shot the gun, and it misfired. Johan said that his father is alive because Jesus saved him. Not good fortune, luck; it is Jesus who has kept his father alive.

Later today, Friday night after saying the hard goodbye ......... When we arrived today at the orphanage, Johan found Ashley, asn came up and hugged her so tight that I thought her air would leave. How sweet and precious to be there!!!!!
